We operate a kerbside delivery service for all orders over 20kg. Your tiles will arrive by pallet on an HGV on your chosen delivery date which you can select at the checkout.  

Please note that if you have ordered trims, these will arrive separately. If your home has restricted access, please advise when placing your order as this could lead to a delay in delivery.  

We would always recommend having someone with you to help unload the items from your pallet due to their size and weight. Please do not book a tiler or any other tradesperson until you have received and checked your order.  

High Tiles encourages you to make sure the order is not damaged or an incorrect item at the time of delivery. Please raise any concerns about your delivery with a team member within 48 hours of accepting it.  

We offer some options when it comes to delivering your tiles to your home when you need them. These include a standard day-of-choice service, economy delivery and the option of next-day delivery. Simply enter your postcode at the checkout to find out the exact prices as well as the delivery options available to you. 

Ordering tile samples from High Tiles is easy and free. You can choose up to 5 free cut tile samples per order and they will be delivered for free. If you want more, just place another order and they will arrive quickly and beautifully presented. Please note that additional samples may incur delivery charges. 

We use Royal Mail for all our sample deliveries. You can track your sample orders by visiting the Royal Mail website and entering your tracking number. 

Delivery will be kerbside only. We encourage customers to provide specific assistance requirements during order placement or by contacting customer service. 


Charges: Based solely on the number of pallets in your order. VAT will be added at checkout. 

Free Delivery: Orders exceeding £500 automatically qualify for free delivery. 

Delivery Services: 

Pallet Delivery: We partner with Palletways and Palletline for nationwide pallet delivery. 

Fix Rates per Pallet: Costs vary depending on your UK postcode. Refer to the table on our website for specific rates. 

Delivery Times: 

Sample Delivery: Free standard delivery within the UK. 

Next-Day Delivery: Receive your order within 1-2 days after dispatch, depending on dispatch time. 

Economic Delivery: Expect your order within 3-5 days after dispatch, with a potential extension of 2-3 days in some cases.

Delivery Address: Ensure you provide a valid and complete address when placing your order. 

Contact Number: Include your contact number for smooth communication regarding delivery. 

Special Requirements: Contact us before placing your order if you have any special requirements or potential delivery concerns. This helps avoid delays. 

Additional Information: 

Pallet Delivery Limitations: Due to weight and size, pallet deliveries are typically made kerbside only. Check with us if you require inside delivery, as additional charges may apply. 

Delivery Timescales: The timeframes mentioned are estimates and may be affected by factors like stock availability and seasonal fluctuations. Always contact us for precise delivery timeframes for your specific order. 

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. 

Free Delivery:

We offer free delivery on all orders over £500. Please note that orders under £500 and over 30kg in weight will be charged a £30 delivery fee. Discount coupon codes can be used in conjunction with free shipping. However, the order value must still meet the free shipping threshold after applying the coupon.
